Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@solaclub.net with your order number and photos of the item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
